Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you, the parent or legal guardian, and [Company legal name] (“we”), which runs Kidversal.
Who can use Kidversal
- Accounts are created by adults (18+) who are the parent or legal guardian of the children they add.
- Children aged 8–16 use the service only through a profile their parent creates and controls.
- You are responsible for your child’s use of the service and for keeping your password and their PIN private.
Lending, handoffs and friends
- Books and other items stay the property of the child who lists them. Lending happens between families, in person, at named handoff spots.
- We help arrange it, but we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged. Parents settle these between themselves.
- Children only connect with others in circles their parents join, and friendships need parents’ approval unless you turn that off.
Being kind and safe
- No bullying, no sharing addresses or contact details, and no listing items that are unsafe or not yours to lend.
- We may pause accounts or remove content that breaks these rules or puts children at risk.
Money
Kidversal is free during the pilot. If paid features arrive later, payments will only ever be made by parents, never by children, and we will tell you before anything changes.
Ending your account
You can pause or delete your child’s account at any time from their settings. We may close accounts that misuse the service, after telling you why where we can.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. Questions: hello@kidversal.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in [city] have jurisdiction.
